We're a
new agency,
but we're not
new to this.
Why a dream Company?
We've dreamed our whole lives of creating a place like this, a place we want to be, where we're happy every day being a part of it, where people dream of joining our team, where we become a dream agency for those clients who want to join. It seems difficult to achieve, but we're convinced it's much easier than you think.
Everything has become serious and complex, tormented and sad. We dream of a joyful, happy place, with passionate people, with doers. We'll all be producers in addition to any other position we hold; we don't negotiate with that.
There's nothing more beautiful than being happy at work.
We want that to happen to our people and for that happiness to also be felt by the clients who work with us. We want to be a place where we generate ideas of all kinds, where creativity comes to solve a problem.
We want clients who trust us so they can tell us what keeps them up at night.

Why 52?
Because numbers, as the logo shows, have a lot to do with sports, and sports have two qualities we want to apply: teamwork and agility, speed, and dynamism.
We like the team and believe in that more than in any individuality, and we're not just talking about internal teams, but also the teams we form with our clients.
Agility attempts to show everything that the agencies we work with don't have: the complex processes that complicate everything, that hinder, that prevent progress.
We're here to eliminate that, to be simpler in processes, more agile in decisions, more active in what we're truly determined to do.

What do we identify with?
We are dreamers, doers, people who dream of doing the best work possible, people who, after so many years, continue to idealize this profession and believe that anything is possible. We dreamers are passionate, talented, and we work as a team with great determination and focus to make things happen. We care about the impact on others, on ourselves, on our clients, and on our campaigns. We are a team that goes for glory.
What do we know and what have we learned?
01. WE LEARNED
everything we don't believe in and don't want.
02. WE LEARNED
what doesn't work, or no longer works.
03. WE IDENTIFY
the obstacles and processes.
04. WE RECOGNIZED
how key moments are missed when decisions are delayed.
05. WE UNDERSTAND
the importance of quickly joining people's conversations.
06. WE KNOW
that it is no longer enough to be aware of the context: we must act quickly.
07. Collaboration
is key to achieving a great result.
08. There aren't 100 slides
that can save a bad idea.
09. Our communication
is defined by what we do, not by what we say.
RELATIONSHIPS
There's nothing better than relationships where you choose to be. That's why we want and believe that the clients we work with are those who want to build relationships, who want to function as a team where everyone is at the same table and always on the same side. Relationships work when both parties want to be part of them.
